1. What is VantageOne Savings Plan?

VantageOne Savings Plan is a subscription-based discount health care plan. Participating plan providers in your area have agreed to charge plan members a discounted rate for certain services rendered in their office in accordance with the plan fee schedule. To access these exclusive discounts, you must become a member of the plan by submitting your enrollment information and paying the low annual membership fee. The discounts are applied at the time of service, and you pay the office directly for all services provided.

VantageOne Savings Plan is not insurance, and no limitations or maximums apply. Also, there are no claim forms to submit or waiting periods for services you need right away. You and your enrolled family members can use the plan as often as you would like.
